exploits and hacking resources?

I am interesting about learning how to find exploits in websites and general hacking. I am not sure where to begin , could anyone give me some tips and resources?
I have very little coding experience, I know html, basic css , a little php/c++/python.
I know how basic code works.

LEarning a lot more PHP and possibly perl (which is very close) will get you to understand how web servers work, and the exploits that follow, like XSS or SQL Injections.

I think PHP, SQL, and HTML injections are the most common types of hacking.
