I'm not interested in making keygens or cracking software, but I am interested in how most keygens I've seen are made. I've read many tutorials that show how to crack the software but I want to know how the WINDOW itself is made. Here is a picture to show what I'm talking about:

How is that window customized to look like that? Any help would be great.
